Resetting nutrition habits (protein at every meal, hydration first, sugar awareness).
Activating glutes, core, and pelvic floor with beginner-friendly strength sessions.
Building consistency through short daily walks and routines.
Layering in recovery & self-care with yoga stretches, posture, and journaling.
Your mission is to prove to yourself that you can commit to the process.
Don’t overthink it — keep it simple, keep it steady. Just show up daily.
